Yes. All products sold on Glow with Heaven Hue are 100% genuine and sourced from verified suppliers and distributors.

Glow with Heaven Hue is an independent reseller. We are not directly affiliated with or endorsed by the brands unless explicitly stated.

No. We only sell new, unused, and sealed products.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallet payments (if enabled)

  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Yes. Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS.

7. How long does delivery take?
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier and location.

Currently, we ship only within India.

Returns & Refunds

10. Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable unless:

    • The item is damaged

    • You received the wrong product

    • An item is missing

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

13. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We recommend checking the ingredient list before use. If you have sensitive skin, perform a patch test before full application.

We offer competitive pricing through efficient sourcing and limited overhead costs, allowing customers to enjoy better value without compromising authenticity.

Sometimes brands update packaging or formulas. You may receive either old or new packaging depending on stock availability.
