2. Are you an authorized brand distributor?
Glow with Heaven Hue is an independent reseller. We are not directly affiliated with or endorsed by the brands unless explicitly stated.
3. Do you sell used or tester products?
No. We only sell new, unused, and sealed products.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
6. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS.

- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 5–7 business days

9. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we ship only within India.
Returns & Refunds
10. Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are non-returnable unless:
The item is damaged
You received the wrong product
An item is missing
11. How do I report a damaged or incorrect product?
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

15. Do product packaging or formulas vary?
Sometimes brands update packaging or formulas. You may receive either old or new packaging depending on stock availability.
