Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the following cases:

Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing item in order

Reporting Timeline

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Refund Process

  • After verification, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to reject return requests if products are used, damaged after delivery, or reported beyond the specified time.
